State of Growth Item used as a sacrifice in transformation of Perfect Form, it can be a dead one. However, probability of success goes up as level of sacrifice item higher. |

① Only the sacrificed Growth Item will remain if attempt has failed.
② Probability to succeed is equal to the level of the sacrifice. For example, if the sacrificed item is level 50, the probability is 50%.
③ Level 30 Growth Item with its Experience full will be recognized as one to be transformed into Perfect Form. So if you put two
Level 30 item with experience full, one of two will be selected randomly and recognized as one to be transformed.
④ Sacrifice should be same Growth Item as the one to be transformed. |

Ultimate Ability |
When Perfect Form Growth Item is more than level 35, you can use the Ultimate Ability which is to transformation.
The ability of Growth Item is conveyed to the character and not only will its appearance changes but powers and skill will increase instantly as well. However, the movement of the character is slow as it becomes bigger and only Ultimate Ability skill may be used.

- Stats such Damage, Defense, HP, and MP will be increased.
- Aside from Passive Skills, all other skills will not function.
- Only Ultimate Skill can be used while in transformation.
